I think that just running 'git format-patch -2' and attaching the two
files separately would be less confusing.  ;-)

Also, I did not receive the patches for configure.ac, Makefile.am, nor
include/hamlib/riglist.h.  You did modify them per README.developer, no?
Please also commit those changes and pass along all of your commits as
individual files, one per commit.

Since that should be a third patch, pass '-3' to format-patch.
