While googling I found a few hits about the java-bindings for the hamlib-project.
However this was planned for 1.1.4, and in another in 1.1.5,
but right now it looks like this is moved to the fridge.
Is there a chance that this binding becomes reality?
Is there a reason the rigctld or rotctld daemons won't work for your application? The Swig bindings seem to be tricky to get working right and since I don't know a lick of Java, it would be up to someone else to maintain this binding. Please try the network daemons and report back any bugs or issues that we could improve in them.
