#2 Command-line mode for sending/receiving images without GUI

It would be nice to start HamFax from the command line, just or sending/receiving fax images. For sending, there should be a flag to skip APT and phasing, and just give a requested number of lines or time of reception. The result would be a PNG file. There should be a way to set from the command line, all fax parameters (apt, freq).
