#96 RED: Kaldi recognition in Cairo buffers things strangely

Today, I have encoutered the following already twice:

I called into the Peanut item (call ID b8580e6758108153e553f7e535a12def@10.61.82.235). I answer the first question with "yes thank you", but Cairo does not even start streaming anything to Kaldi, in fact, there is a speech end signal right after establishing the web socket connection:

Since nothing was happening, I hung up and called again (call Id af4f50e882b5ec55abb41a185c047302@10.61.82.235). Again, no streaming seems to happen, but suddenly, a recognition hypothesis pops up (YES THANK YOU) which is obviously the hypothesis from the last call, since I never said anything.

This is a RED bug since I need to restart Halef to get it back into a normal condition.
