#92 ORANGE: No resource error

Dear Patrick,

After several fixes to pool an NPEs, we are live with a rather stable Kaldi version of Cairo. However, there was still a NULL call with a no-resource error (ab0dd5bc636a0c64cd47e53bfcd130e1@141.31.8.74). Could you please take a look at what happened?

P.S. You can always use the view noresource to track calls with this issue.
