#81 Kaldi does not respond

I placed a call into 7731 and, after the first prompt, I responded after which the system remained silent for minutes until I hung up. The Cairo logs show:

I assume Kaldi is nor responding. Is the service down? And if so, how can we make sure this does not happen in production?

You should now find the following message in the database when Kaldi couldn’t be reached.

Kaldi could not be reached on IP address ws://111.111.111.111:111

The IP address is changing in this message and is the one cairo actually tried to connect to.
