Make sure that the telephony server's configuration are in sync with the repository. Please list the steps you undertook to sync things up, so other users who may have to do the same on their local instances know what to do.
First copied the current /etc/asterisk folder on TJR 1 into a backup location and then cloned the remote (main) Asterisk repo into this folder. So now this folder is under version control.
Then overwrote these files with the files in backup, and committed, so that repo reflects latest changes, including functionality for full call recordings.

A ticket should be pending when it has to wait for another ticket to be completed. Otherwise, it should just be open, right?
