Pending changes (other tickets are open corresponding to these):

(i) Adding Asterisk sources to telephony server repo (only config files are currently sync-ed with repo);
(ii) Adding OpenVXML to the repo (pending response from Sam Hopkins of OpenMethods);
(iii) Sync-ing latest version of JVXML with the HALEF repo (pending response from Dirk Schnelle-Walka);
(iv) Sync-ing of the Kaldi repo with HALEF.
