The Submit block does not function exactly the same as the other OpenVXML blocks. Specifically, when I drag the Submit block out of the Eclipse menu and attempt to place it on the canvas by letting go of the cursor, it (sometimes) stays selected and moves around when I move the cursor around. Then, I need to click in order to "drop" the Submit block on the canvas. This behavior is different compared to all of the other blocks which can just be dropped on the canvas by dragging from the menu and letting go of the cursor (without clicking). However, I don't experience this behavior consistently; only some of the time when I drag a Submit block onto the canvas.
