#47 Views and stored procedures for Halef database logging

I created the following views:

| recogStr |

extracting the respective information pieces from the following raw log table

| haleflogs |

There are a number of information pieces still missing (such as TTS info), and the views need to be aligned. Also, there is not yet information extracted from the table

| asterisklogs |

(see Ticket #45), and there are no app logs (from OpenVXML) available yet.
