[Gwc-announce] 0.20-06 is out for testing

I've put a new version on sourceforge.  This only has configuration file 
changes (one small change to code to eliminate 4 warning messages).

I hope this will configure/compile in a gnome2-only environment.  I 
couldn't find any info for where the install should go, so if you look at
the top of the Makefile you'll see the DATADIR,LIBDIR,PREFIX and 
SYSCONFDIR variables hard-coded.  If anyone knows the proper
way to handle those Makefile environment variables for gnome2, please help!
