[Gwc-general] libsndfile problems (still)

I am having problems compiling GWC.  libsndfile.so.1 (actually 
libsndfile.so.1.0.5) is in /usr/lib and should be linked in automatically (in 
addition to everything in /etc/ld.so.conf) but this is apparently not 
happening.
