[Gwc-general] gwc 0.19-7 released

Thanks to several of you who have reported back with bugs!

I'm squashing them one by one.  There are several still unresolved, but
this release takes care of the most dire of them (I hope).

- This should now compile cleanly for everyone.

- Fixed a bug in markers, where they were not working.  There may still 
be a problem with markers when reading audiofiles opened by previous 
versions of GWC, I did not have a chance to follow up on that one.

I'm off for a small vacation.  If you find a bug, please send in a report!
