Hello, I'm trying to install gwc, but so far I haven had luck. I started with version 0.19-3, but it complained of not finding "fftw-create-plan in -lfftw...". I checked for the fft libraries but did not find the ".so" type so I recompiled fft with the --enable-shared. But still ./config reported errors. After reading the postings of Jeff Welty / Dave I followed the advice and dawnloaded 0.19-2, but I still get errors. It says that "gnomeConf.sh file in /usr/local/lib created by gnome-libs istall does not exist." Although I use KDE most of the time gnome is installed y runs fine; I checked the installed packages and the CD but can't find a reference to gnome-libs or development libs (if any). The system: AMD Athlon 2000; 525 RAM Slackware 9.0 Any comments will be appreciated. |
