Excellent point. I have seen that. It was on a track where the singer's voice was rough, and singing a word with an "ah" sound. I can see a sax having the same problem, especially in the lower notes. I generally don't declick a whole track at once, unless I'm *real sure* that the underlying music is very soft, and smooth. I almost always listen to the track, and declick those portions that I can actually hear the clicks. Part of my strategy involves using headphones that accentuate the treble, so the clicks really stand out. jw |
