Many thanks to Brian Burch for the bug report on cdrdao toc file generation.

Also thanks to quadrispro for the patch to create undo and *.gwc without exec permissions.

Also, thanks to me :-) or not :-(, depending on your point of view, there was a pretty awful bug in using the alsa sound driver in 0.21-16, that slipped by as a side-affect when I was testing the pulse audio driver.

Jame Tappin, I see you found problems with the install locations.  It's been a while since I understood the details of how that all works, the configure script automagically assigns some prefixs for bin, doc, etc files.  I may need to rebuild the configure script, but will have to dig around a little to figure it out.
