shouldn't you have libgnomeui-2.0-devel installed in order to have the
development libraries?
$ rpm -q libgnomeui-devel
libgnomeui-devel-2.16.0-4.fc6
$ rpm -qa|grep libgnomeui

libgnomeui-devel-2.16.0-4.fc6
