You can GNU autoconf to make gwavetool right now.
For now, You have to setup configure with "bootstrap.sh" anyway.

I'll include the auxiliary stuff later, probably.

You may have to edit bootstrap.sh to enter the location of Your GTK-aclocal macros. That's odd, yes, but we are pre-alpha, don't forget that, ok? :-)
