#261 mootools-adapter included but not mootools itself

Dear gUSE team,

while searching for our DCI Bridge error, we found another small bug. On the DCI Bridge conf screen, the file /dci_bridge_service/js/hs/adapters/mootools-adapter.js is included. This file necessarily needs MooTools, though, which is not included. Thus parsing fails with "MooTools undefined" in the browser error log.
