The created iframe uses the internal url (via the unsupported 8080 port) instead of the public one.
The effect is that the Resource Config portlet is not visible if the portal is used outside of the local network of the portal server.
From version 3.6.3 patch1 "Public URL of Component" will be used, if it is set, otherwise "URL of Component" from dci-bridge configuration. (Type of Component: submitter in Settings/Internal services menu)
