It's the seventh pin of the 20Pin GPIO breakout. http://www.gumstix.org/tikiwiki/tiki-index.php?page=20_GPIO gives you the layout, and the mapping (20_GPIO7 -> GPIO46). Btw: you are using /dev/ttyS1 for bluetooth, which means, that your modification wasn't needed.
