We're using the Overo Tide COM, which doesn't have any on-board NAND. I've tried re-seating the COM several times, but always the same behavior. Could the "Unrecognized expansion board" error happen because u-boot cannot read the EEPROM that is also on the i2c-3 bus? Bob, would you be able to post the boot messages that you see?
