So I switched to linux-omap3_2.3.65. Added new recipe for libertas_tr firmware. Wrote patch for Kconfig and patch for using the latest driver version. Also changed kernel configuration to required one. Added required package for making WAP. But I can't compile kernel anymore (ideas?): | drivers/net/wireless/libertas_tf/main.c:549: warning: 'struct dev_addr_list' declared inside parameter list | drivers/net/wireless/libertas_tf/main.c:549: warning: its scope is only this definition or declaration, which is probably not what you want | drivers/net/wireless/libertas_tf/main.c: In function 'lbtf_op_prepare_multicast': | drivers/net/wireless/libertas_tf/main.c:562: error: dereferencing pointer to incomplete type | drivers/net/wireless/libertas_tf/main.c:564: error: dereferencing pointer to incomplete type | drivers/net/wireless/libertas_tf/main.c: At top level: | drivers/net/wireless/libertas_tf/main.c:697: warning: initialization from incompatible pointer type | drivers/net/wireless/libertas_tf/main.c: In function 'lbtf_rx': | drivers/net/wireless/libertas_tf/main.c:721: error: 'struct ieee80211_rx_status' has no member named 'noise' | make[4]: *** [drivers/net/wireless/libertas_tf/main.o] Error 1 | make[3]: *** [drivers/net/wireless/libertas_tf] Error 2 | make[2]: *** [drivers/net/wireless] Error 2 | make[1]: *** [drivers/net] Error 2 | make: *** [drivers] Error 2 | FATAL: oe_runmake failed | ERROR: Function do_compile_kernelmodules failed Pat Suwalski wrote: > > It would be a lot of writing, since I wrote a fresh kernel recipe and > represented the driver as a patch to the existing 2.6.35.
