Hi Thomas, Thanks for replying !!! The LCD displays an X in the upper left hand corner, but does not receive input (i.e. touchscreen doesn't work). Can't get past what appears to be the touchscreen calibration. Thanks,Wade --- On Mon, 9/13/10, Thomas Epperson <tho...@gm...> wrote: From: Thomas Epperson <tho...@gm...> Subject: Re: [Gumstix-users] Verdex Pro Samsung 4.3" LCD To: "General mailing list for gumstix users." <gum...@li...> Date: Monday, September 13, 2010, 12:41 PM On my setup I get the Extended devices message, however my touchscreen (4.3" samsung lcd with 16-bit console board) works fine. What portions of the hardware isn't working? Is it the whole lcd or just the touchscreen. Using the pre-build "gumstix-x11-image" as well as my custom build, I get the following error after booting up the gumstix. I have scoured the net and tried looking at the mail list. I have found a couple other users with the same problem, but no answer other than a possible hardware failure on the LCD/touchscreen device. Any advice?
