Mine does the same on boot. When you first power it the two lights on the front side by the power connector come on then go out. look at the mother board on the other side, it should have a green light on, on it. If it does not try re seating it and test again. It takes about 30 seconds to a minute for it to bring up a display on the LCD. Also have you hooked up the consol port to a computer to see it it is booting on there? If it doesn't maybe someone else has more info on testing it.
