Hi, I am working on project using the Overo Earth board. For this project I would like to configure the peripheral boot options that the OMAP processor offers. Running som tests on the Overo board is seems that the sys_boot5 is pulled high on the overo board which means that USB peripheral boot is always triggered during boot. This means that if the USB cable is inserted during boot that board will initially enumerate as an OMAPxxx (done by boot ROM) and then continue to boot from NAND if no communication is detected on the USB port. This co Now to my questions: 1. Is is possible to get access to the sys_boot5 pin on the overo board. E.g. on a test pad? 2. Is it possible to change the sys_boot[0..4] configuration on the overo board. E.g. using test pads? 3. Can someone tell me the default configuration of the sys_boot pins (0-4) on the Overo board? Doing some basic tests on the Overo board it seems that the sys_boot[5..0] configuration is 0b111011. Can someone confirm this? Thanks in advance for your help. Best regards, Thomas |
