I have a USB webcam which I am trying to stream the video from over wi-fi. I have compiled and use mjpg-streamer to do the network streaming. The problem is that after a few minutes the wlan0 driver crashes somehow. I get the message NETDEV WATCHDOG: wlan0: transmit timed out. This seems to only happen when there is a lot of traffic such as when the video is being streamed to a client connection. During streaming I also get a lot of Tx excessive reties, Invalid Misc, and RX invalid frag from iwconfig. The Link Quality is shown as 0/10 which is weird. The Signal Level hovers around -25 dBm and Noise Level is around -93 dBm. I have to reboot each time this happens to get the Wi-Fi working again, but it will crash shortly after the video starts streaming. I was wondering if anyone has had an issue with the nepro-vx wi-fi driver crashing, and what I can do to prevent this from happening.
