Sorry I didn't read the whole discussion. Very strange that it's not simply 'working'. You should be able to flash the gumstix and use ipkg straight away with no issues whatsoever. You sure your image is all good? What are you trying to achieve btw, you know this runs on the gumstix device and it for installing new software packages on the gumstix itself right? Then if so and your still having issues, try running with and without root privs and see if that helps, could be your trying to run as a normal use and it's not in your path. Also try reflashing your gumstix to original filesystem, could be that you've messed it up a little. Drew -----Original Message----- From: gum...@li...
