I had a roboaudiostix and a tweener connected during the process. If I disconnect the roboaudiostix the connex400xm boots the new uboot/build root and everything works fine. However, it will not work through the roboaudiostix past the point described below. I actually have two connex400xm and both give the same behavior after the update. Using the tweener, you'll need to make a modification in order to get it to work with the robostix or roboaudiostix: <http://docswiki.gumstix.com/Tweener_modifications> You need to cut the trace indicated by the red line on the left. Using the robostix and/or roboaudiostix, you should also do the pullup resistor modification described on this page: <http://docswiki.gumstix.com/index.php/Robostix_modifications> The pullup resistor modification isn't required when using the tweener, but is required if you're not using the tweener, and you don't have a serial adapter plugged into the GUMSTIX port on the robostix/roboaudiostix. -- Dave Hylands Vancouver, BC, Canada http://www.DaveHylands.com/ |
