Hi,I've just received my new XL6P and after uploading a new filesystem and kernel I am stuck in an endless boot cycle. The last line it prints before it resets itself is: io scheduler cfq registered (default) The first line after reset is: U-Boot 1.2.0 (Dec 21 2007 - 13:37:16) - PXA270@600 MHz - 1578M The following lines confirm that there's a new kernel at work and I can't see any obvious error messages this. It doesn't matter if I do a cold-start or a warm-start after the upload. My expansion board is a GPSstix (with Audiostix II printed on it...), and I'm currently connecting thru the FFUART via kermit. I tried uploading the filesystem via a4000000 instead of a2000000, but that didn't make a difference. Some background: Up to now I've been working with an XM4-bt, buildroot version 1559. When I received the new modules I noticed that they had a newer version running, using the new OpenEmbedded environment. I quickly tried if i could get my stuff running by repeating all steps from the old board, but no such luck. So I suppose OE is all nice and fine, but I didn't want to get involved in too much new stuff just then, so I decided to upload the old buildroot (of course after reconfiguring/rebuilding for the faster CPU). thanks in advance, Sukandar |
