Hi Marco, Once you have USBnet working you can just use standard sockets to communicate between the gumstix and the Windows XP host. Just search for C-programming "client server sockets" and you should get enough examples using C code. This of course means that you have your own client server to do whatever you want to and you will need to compile the c-code for Windows and also for the gumstix. If you just want to login to the gumstix over the USB then use a program like putty to SSH using the IP address of the gumstix (assuming you have usbnet working). Hope this helps. Subject: [Gumstix-users] Communicating on WinXP vie USB? Hello! How can I communicate with my gumstix on Windows XP, via the USB port? I just followed this tutorial to set the network bridge: http://www.davehylands.com/linux/gumstix/usbnet/ Seems to work, but no idea which terminal program I should use here... or any other method.
