Java support is going into the .dev branch of OE. Steve is working 
towards the stable branch, which I do not think has working java support 
though.

I'm sure when the work in .dev settles down, it won't be hard getting it 
working for gumstix OE builds.

Note: The only java I use goes into hot water ....
