(Ubuntu Linux 2.6.20-16. Destination is a 400MHz gumstix, using the stock build 1161.) I'm trying to build ffmpeg for the gumstix, and am following the wiki instructions for porting 3rd party software: http://docwiki.gumstix.org/Gumstix_programming but I can't even get to first base. I have the buildroot built on my Linux system, and I can make and deploy the "hello world" test program onto the gumstix, and that works fine. So at least I have the basic build environment set up correctly. But, I can't specify "arm-linux" to the ffmpeg configure script: $ ./configure --host=arm-linux Unknown option "--host=arm-linux". How do you build ffmpeg for the gumstix? Chuck |
