I frequently get the following type of errors with my XM4/net-micro-sd setup. I have a cramfs filesystem image on micro-SD card (FAT filesystem) mounted via a loopback. I've also seen similar I/O errors with a native ext3 formated filesystem (no cramfs or loopback). end_request: I/O error, dev mmcblk0, sector 31357 mmcblk0: error 1 sending read/write command end_request: I/O error, dev mmcblk0, sector 31365 mmcblk0: error 1 sending read/write command end_request: I/O error, dev mmcblk0, sector 31373 mmcblk0: error 1 sending read/write command end_request: I/O error, dev mmcblk0, sector 31381 mmcblk0: error 1 sending read/write command end_request: I/O error, dev mmcblk0, sector 31389 mmcblk0: error 1 sending read/write command end_request: I/O error, dev mmcblk0, sector 31429 mmcblk0: error 1 sending read/write command end_request: I/O error, dev mmcblk0, sector 31429 Buffer I/O error on device loop0, logical block 3868 mmcblk0: error 1 sending read/write command end_request: I/O error, dev mmcblk0, sector 31429 Buffer I/O error on device loop0, logical block 3868 Anyone else having similar problems? Solutions? What cards are you using? Remember, I also had issues with Kingston uSD cards with this setup. I'm using Transcend cards now. The Kingston cards gave me issues trying to read them in u-boot as well. The Transcends cards work well with u-boot. Thanks, Jay Snyder |
