If you send me your monotone public key, I can add write privs for anyone who wants them (just like subversion, but distributed). I'd appreciate it if people who use my repo create their own local repo and then sync against mine, but do updates/etc against their own local DB so as not to keep mine locked up all the time. A good overview of how monotone is supposed to work can be found in the monotone info pages, under the tutorial section. It steps through the concepts quite nicely. The second part of the tutorial explains nicely how to generate keys and extract the public key to send to someone to add to a remote repository. C |
