Dave, Thanks for your response. My breakout-gs board has the label "B00011 R90", so I'm assuming this is rev 901? The datasheet for the sensor says that the current supply needs to be in the 0.6-0.8 mA range, do I need to do something on the gumstix end to make sure that the output current is in this range or would the regulator on the breakout-gs take care of this?
