I bought a Lexar Platinum 256 MB Compact Flash card and I'm having trouble mounting it. I followed the instructions on the website, http://www.gumstix.org/tikiwiki/tiki-index.php?page=HOWTO%3A+Mount+Compact+Flash+Cards, but I'm not getting the /mnt/cf, but the /mnt/mmc folder is still there. Also while the gumstix boots I get the cf card detected by hda and then hdb spits out an error message that it couldn't communicate with a device. Here's what I get, # Uniform Multi-Platform E-IDE driver Revision: 7.00alpha2 ide: Assuming 50MHz system bus speed for PIO modes; override with idebus=xx hda: LEXAR ATA FLASH, CFA DISK drive hdb: no response (status = 0xa1), resetting drive hdb: no response (status = 0xa1) ide0 at 0xc4860000-0xc4860007,0xc486000e on irq 49 ide-cs: hda: Vcc = 5.0, Vpp = 0.0 Does anyone have any clues on what might be going on? Could it be the bus speed? |
