[Seagull-users] Support for SCTP

hi,

I am unable to checkout the src for seagull 1.5...access denied. I would be
needing th file libtrans_extsctp.so to make seagull support SCTP.
Can anybody provide me with the libtrans_extsctp.so file for RHEL4 U2.
