can you try installing "ksh" shell for Cygwin? (type "type ksh" and
check if you can find it).

	It is first time to use seagull. When i built build.ksh in
cygwin environment. The belowing error info is come:

	"Bad interpreter"

	Any body can give me some info for cygwin?
