#24 Subtitles shown twice with autoload

from DirectVobSub one pair of subtitles loaded and shown
and from Media Player Classic second pair of subtitles loaded and shown

both displayed on screen on and another below, one pair can be disabled from media player classic options and second from tray menu of DirectVobSub, but you have to do it for every video file you open after you open it...

subtitle file name must be same as videofile name in order for it to bo loaded and shown twice. - video.mkv + video.srt = 2 pair of subtitles, if i load subtitles.srt to video.mkv manually I get only one pair of subtitles which can be turned of from Media Player Classic options.

    *To disable VSFilter by default: DirectVobSub Properties > Misc > Hide subtitles
    *To disable Internal subtitles by default: Right click > Subtitles > un-check "Enable"
