#279 fullscreen exits when new window opens

I usually watch movies with MPC & tvtool using the
autoshutdown timer in tvtool. Whenever the timer is
about to run out, tvtool launches a window with a
warning.. thats all fine. However, when this new window
opens.. MPC exits fullscreen. I find this really annoying.

I find this annoying too, as I have a program that starts up to
record new tv shows, which also takes MPC out of fullscreen
when I am watching previously recorded shows.

I see this bug because I use a winamp DSP plugin with ffdshow, so every time a file is opened in MPC it enters fullscreen and immediately exits fullscreen again.

It's extremely annoying, especially if I have several video files in my playlist.
