#5 No punctuation at para end? false errors

1. Menu-->Fixup-->Run Gutcheck (or F6)
2. The "No punctuation at para end?" shows errors for all lines with RIGHT DOUBLE QUOTATION MARKs (” or ”).

No lines with QUOTATION MARKs (") are identified as errors.

While fixing this please consider other languages which use RIGHT- or LEFT-POINTING DOUBLE ANGLE QUOTATION MARKs (» » or « «) to end quotations.

This is a Gutcheck issue, not Guiguts.

The last time I heard anything, Gutcheck was designed to work on ascii files, so it seems to work as intended. I think Bookloupe is supposed to work on unicode, so you may want to look into using that.
