I don't understand what you mean. Please send your patches as
attachments to the gts-devel mailing list, _one patch at a time_,
together with a description of what the patch does.

Or better still, setup a darcs repository and send the name of the
repository, name of each patch and description to the gts-devel
mailing list. Instructions for darcs are here:

(replace Gerris with GTS).
