[Gtodo-list] Exchange between todo managers

I wonder how I could work w/ gtodo when I'm in disconnected mode, and w/
ackerTodo when I'm online. Would there be some ways for both software to
exchange data (I know that ackerTodo is able to export .xml, but this .xml =
is
a bit different from gtodo's one)? I really like the idea of an online todo
base (to share w/ other people w/ a project management purpose) and
ackterTodo is really neat, but I really *want* to keep up working w/ gtodo
locally.

Any thought?
