[Gtodo-list] Minor bug in tooltip

using gtodo 0.16-rc2, I noticed that the tooltip, that shows upon a item in=
 a
category list, might be empty (tooltip is a small empty square), if the
comment that belongs to the item contains some specific characters (at least
'<'). Maybe it's just a lack of encoding some special chars used for text
formatting?
