[Gtkpod-devel] miscellaneous special playlists patch

here is a patch to implement most listened, most rated and
last listed top N playlist, please apply and test it.

Any comment and/or correction is welcome.

TODO:
Add a way to let the user decide how many songs
there must be in the playlist (it's better three different
options or one common?)
