#331 Track duplication in all playlists for every save to any playlist.

Hi,

I have an ipod nano ( 2nd gen / A426 / software version 1.1.3 ) and latest debian unstable. ipod songs load fine. However there are issues when I add songs to an already existing playlist in the ipod.

**Example:
**

1. Consider playlist "p1" with 1 track "t1". The track list in "p1" is now:
   t1

2. Connect ipod to rhythmbox, and add a track ( say "t2" in ipod to the "p1" in ipod ( via, Add to playlist ).

3. Now uplug and view the playlist in iPod. The track list in "p1" is now:

t1
t1
t2

1. Repeat steps 2 and 3 with another track say "t3". The track list in "p1" is now:

t1
t1
t1
t2
t2
t3

But, rhythmbox displays no duplicate entries. It displays only t1, t2, t3 in "p1"

I have osx Lion & El capitan. I can test any suggested fixes / requests. The bug is a bit cool, since if you rate a track in "p1", all those with the same name in "p1", get the same rating :)

This seems like a bug in rhythmbox, not libgpod ( as gtkpod seems to work fine with playlist updates )
