#16 Win32 font fixes

The font handling in gtkextra-2 clearly needs a
complete revamp; something which I have neither the
expertise or the time for. This patch tweaks the edges
a little so that the existing system is at least
useable under Windows. I also enclose an example
pango.aliases file which provides aliases for most of
the postscript fonts that GtkExtra uses in terms of
TrueType fonts that come with Windows98 (and hopefully
other versions also).
