Product: gnome-perl Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: Normal Component: Gnome2::GConf AssignedTo: gtk...@li... ReportedBy: l.s...@fr... QAContact: gtk...@li... GNOME version: Unspecified GNOME milestone: Unspecified I don't realy understand why Gnome2::GConf depends on Gtk2. The only files where Gtk2 seems to be used are samples scripts. I use Gnome2::GConf in a non graphical (and non Gnome2) environment as properties storage mechanism, and I am not really pleased to install Gtk2= (and libgtk2, and x11 libraries) whereas GConf2 C library does not depends on = Gtk2 C library. Can this dependance be optional ?
