As it is in MinGW, the compiler is gcc and we need to check, which macros does it define. According to http://www.develer.com/oss/GccWinBinaries gcc in MinGW defines at least __MSVCRT_VERSION__ I'll get back to this later. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug. The benefit would be to immediately release anything captured by a closure in that detach func, as opposed to waiting until the next attach_to_widget(), which of course might be either a long time or perhaps never. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug. But dSP involves accessing the my_perl pointer which might be invalid if we've been called from a thread other than the main one. To avoid this, manually declare SV **sp first and let GPERL_CLOSURE_MARSHAL_INIT initialize it after it has set up my_perl via PERL_SET_CONTEXT. This fixes the bug with your example program on my system. The backtrace shows _gnome_vfs_canonicalize_pathname() being called from a signal handler. This implies that there is other code in the stack using signals and handlers, and that your app code's setting of IGNORE for SIGCHLD is interfering with that. However, Gtk2-Perl itself does nothing with unix signals, beyond using a mainloop event source to ensure that unix signals cause perl to get control from gtk_main(). So, i suspect the problem lies either in gnome-vfs or in perl. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug. https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=615598 gnome-perl | Gtk2 | unspecified Summary: Style get_style_property docs Classification: Bindings Product: gnome-perl Version: unspecified OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: enhancement Priority: Normal Component: Gtk2 AssignedTo: gtk...@li... ReportedBy: us...@zi... QAContact: gtk...@li... GNOME target: --- GNOME version: --- The Gtk2::Style get_style_property() docs might be polished a little per below. In particular I found it disconcerting to see a sample call of get_property() under get_style_property() when the former firstly does nothing and secondly is not the func being described :-) -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug. https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=615589 gnome-perl | Glib | unspecified Summary: Signal docs show accumulator sample call instead of in words Classification: Bindings Product: gnome-perl Version: unspecified OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: enhancement Priority: Normal Component: Glib AssignedTo: gtk...@li... ReportedBy: us...@zi... QAContact: gtk...@li... GNOME target: --- GNOME version: --- This is an idea to have the Glib::Object::Subclass docs show a sample call of the accumulator function. I find a bit of semi-code much easier to follow than a description of the args in words, especially when skimming for a refresher. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug.
